Please note that certain items, such as face masks and final sale products, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance standards.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
